He is a M.Com (Hon.) & holds 17+ years of vast experience in the fields of Finance/Accounts, Audit, Taxation and MIS. He is a keen planner with cross – functional experience in financial control, finalization of accounts, audit, taxation, MIS business reporting. Proficient in implementing systems/ procedures with his proven ability has attained the company to achieve financial discipline and enhanced the overall efficiency of OAN Industries.
Under his directives, he exercised in preparing & administering the finalization of year-end/ monthly financial statements. Handled preparation and maintenance of various books/register viz. cash book, bank book to ensure smooth accounting operations. Further, under Sohan guidance, preparation of bank reconciliation Statement, Inter-Unit Reconciliation and P&L Account & Balance Sheet as required by authority and financial institutions are framed and managed.
Biography
Sohan managed the entire activities in preparing Export bills lodgements , BIRC, RODTP & Advance license scheme for export, Fixed Assets Register, Depreciation Chart, Preparation of Stock Statement, Finalization of branch accounts, Reconciliation with Debtors & Creditors. In view of capitalization Assets, he helped maintain of working capitalization, Proper Stock Valuation. He further conducts statutory/internal/ Tax audit for analysing existing systems for proposing improvisation measures and ensures completion in liaison with internal/external auditors. Also, he is managing the entire internal control system for finding the corrective measures with his supervision on the preparation of Cost & Performance Reports, Cost Benefit & Variable Analysis of cost reports and recommending necessary corrective actions; thus facilitating management. He has majorly also help structure the preparation of Credit Management Analysis (CMA) structure for the company.
